With a broad background in law enforcement, security, and cyber safety, Bryan has successfully combined his analytical and organizational skills with operational experience. In addition to holding leadership positions, including with the Dutch police, he has developed expertise in digital security and cyber threats. He has led various teams and executed projects in challenging environments, where he not only brings people together but also provides innovative solutions for both physical and digital threats, including cybercrime and digital counterterrorism.

Martijn

Education Specialist

Martijn is a cognitive psychologist and educational scientist with experience as a university lecturer in psychology. He has conducted research on the cognitive effects of stress in military personnel. In addition, he is an active firefighter and has contributed to the development of Dutch fire service education. Since 2016, he has also provided training in (military) self-defense. His passion lies in developing and delivering high-quality education for emergency services and defense, combining academic expertise with practical experience.

Simon

Security Specialist

Simon began his career in the protection of high-risk objects. For over twenty years, he has applied proactive security methods, physical security measures, and counterintelligence knowledge. In 2012, he was invited to teach Security Questioning, Proactive Threat Assessment (predictive profiling), Quality Assurance, Krav Maga, and more to various clients, including government organizations and private individuals. Simon is fluent in both Dutch and English.

Co is a highly experienced expert in firearm and ammunition technology. With over 30 years of experience, he has proven his value in various environments by offering both technical expertise and practical solutions to complex (educational) challenges. His deep understanding of the technical aspects of weapons and ammunition makes him an indispensable source of knowledge and support for both military and civilian applications.

Ronny

Firearms and Ammunition Specialist

Ronny began his career in the military as a Marine at the Netherlands Marine Corps, where he completed his training in vehicle technology. His passion for sports shooting led to specializations in long-range shooting and external ballistics. After completing the firearms course and the vocational training for the trade in weapons and ammunition, he worked as a firearm technician in the civilian arms trade. With over 13 years of experience in various firearm systems and ballistics, he also serves as a guest lecturer and examiner for the firearms trade course at the Dutch Police Academy in Apeldoorn.

Karim

Firearm Safety Specialist

Karim is an experienced expert in firearm safety, firearm and ammunition technology, and equipment. With his extensive knowledge, he focuses on setting up multidisciplinary collaborations to ensure that emergency services and military units are optimally prepared for their tasks. His approach emphasizes not only high-quality training but also the proper use and maintenance of equipment. Karim works closely with experts from various fields to create a safe and effective operational environment based on the highest standards of safety and precision.

Willem

Shooting Range Facilities Specialist

Willem is a specialist in creating safe, controlled work environments for people and equipment. With extensive experience in air treatment—from extremely cold to hot, and from very clean to heavily polluted air—he works worldwide on innovative solutions for air treatment, climate control, and construction in industries such as offshore, marine, cleanrooms, and shooting ranges. He is also a specialist in bullet traps, ricochet control, and innovations in shooting simulation.

Peter is a specialist in weapon and ammunition safety, with extensive experience in investigating accidents and defects. As a certified quality auditor (ISO 9001), he also ensures the highest standards in his field. His ability to clearly and systematically convey complex safety issues makes him a valuable asset as an instructor.
