OPFOR

In the training for practice opponent (OPFOR) you will be trained to become a valuable partner in supporting operational exercises for armed units and emergency services. This training focuses on developing essential skills, such as acting from the perspective of the opponent and the safe application of firearms skills and hand-to-hand combat techniques. You will not only learn the educational benefits of simulated opposition, but also how to effectively contribute to realistic training scenarios. This will not only improve the effectiveness of the exercises, but also strengthen the preparations of participants for their operational tasks.

Our training courses are built up from learning units that offer a flexible structure. Each learning unit can be followed independently and offers fully rounded knowledge and skills, but can also be combined as part of a broader training program. The training is built up from a standard set of learning units that together form the training. The instructor training consists of seven learning units and four contact days. The participant is also expected to prepare in their own time. There is room for a maximum of 20 participants per training moment.

The training can also be supplemented with optional learning units depending on the learning needs or objectives of the organization. This affects the duration, level, testing and costs of the training. Contact us for the possibilities.

All (guest) teachers and instructors of Condor O&T are subject experts from the industry, who have jointly developed the training programs. In addition to having years of experience in providing education, our teachers are internally trained and certified in the latest insights in didactics. This guarantees the provision of high-quality training in terms of content.
