The Debriefing and Evaluation course teaches you how to use effective feedback and evaluation processes to improve the performance of participants. This course provides you with the skills to thoroughly analyse and reflect on learning experiences, so that you can provide valuable insights that contribute to the professional development of those involved. By facilitating structured debriefings, you create an environment in which participants can learn from their experiences and sharpen their skills, which is essential for their growth and success in challenging situations.

Rob
Firearms, Ammunition, and Optronics SpecialistRob is an experienced expert in weapons, ammunition, and optronics, and also has a background as an instructor and coach in operational leadership. With his expertise, he trains and guides professionals in developing effective leadership skills for challenging operational environments. His combined experience in technology and leadership makes him a valuable member of the team.
Martijn
Education SpecialistMartijn is a cognitive psychologist and educational scientist with experience as a university lecturer in psychology. He has conducted research on the cognitive effects of stress in military personnel. In addition, he is an active firefighter and has contributed to the development of Dutch fire service education. Since 2016, he has also provided training in (military) self-defense. His passion lies in developing and delivering high-quality education for emergency services and defense, combining academic expertise with practical experience.
After completing the training, you will receive a certificate. The certificate is valid for 1 year. After this, it is possible to extend the certificate by means of a recertification training.
